Cancellation Policy:

Ecom Panda LLC understands that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel their projects. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are permitted, the process for requesting a cancellation, and other important information related to cancellations.

Eligibility for Cancellations

  1. Project Cancellations:

    • Clients may cancel their projects within 7 days of the project start date. The project start date is defined as the date on which the initial payment is made and the project agreement is signed.
    • Cancellations requested within this 7-day period may be eligible for a full refund, provided that no substantial work has been completed.
    • If substantial work has been completed within the initial 7 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

  2. Beyond the 7-Day Period:

    • Cancellations requested after the initial 7-day period will be subject to a prorated charge based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
    • Clients will be responsible for paying for any work completed beyond the initial 7 days
Conditions for Cancellations

    • If substantial work has been completed within the initial 7 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

    • Cancellations requested after the initial 7-day period will be subject to a prorated charge based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
    • Clients will be responsible for paying for any work completed beyond the initial 7 days.

Process for Requesting a Cancellation

    • Provide detailed information about your project or subscription and the reasons for your cancellation request.

  2. Evaluation and Approval:

    • Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will evaluate the request based on the information provided and the conditions outlined in this policy.
    • We may request additional information or clarification to facilitate the evaluation process.

  3. Processing Cancellations:

    • If your cancellation request is approved, we will process the cancellation and any applicable refunds within 10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exclusions and Limitations

  1. Completed Services:

    • Cancellations will not be granted for services that have been completed and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.
  2. Third-Party Services:

    • Any third-party services, tools, or software purchased as part of the project are subject to the respective third-party provider’s cancellation policies and are not covered by Ecom Panda LLC’s cancellation policy.
