Eligibility for Cancellations
Project Cancellations:
- Clients may cancel their projects within 7 days of the project start date. The project start date is defined as the date on which the initial payment is made and the project agreement is signed.
- Cancellations requested within this 7-day period may be eligible for a full refund, provided that no substantial work has been completed.
- If substantial work has been completed within the initial 7 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
Beyond the 7-Day Period:
- Cancellations requested after the initial 7-day period will be subject to a prorated charge based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Clients will be responsible for paying for any work completed beyond the initial 7 days
Initial 7-Day Period:
- If a project is cancelled within the initial 7-day period, a full refund may be issued, provided that no substantial work has been completed.
- If substantial work has been completed within the initial 7 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

- Cancellations will not be granted for services that have been completed and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.
Third-Party Services:
- Any third-party services, tools, or software purchased as part of the project are subject to the respective third-party provider’s cancellation policies and are not covered by Ecom Panda LLC’s cancellation policy.
